If you want your application to be viewed by users in more than one country, you can configure it to different locales so that it displays the correct language for the language setting of a user’s browser. For example, if you know your application will be viewed in Germany, you can localize your application so that when a user’s browser is set to use the German language, text strings in the application will appear in German.
ADF Faces components provide automatic translation. The resource bundles used for the components’ skin (which determines the look and feel as well as the text within it) are translated into 28 languages. If a user sets the browser to use the German language, any text contained within the components is automatically displayed in German.
